Am I disgusting ?

Basically in my school there’s this boy who keeps on bothering me and another boy who hates me for absolutely no reason

So me and my boyfriend were talking and then the boy who bothers me whispers in my boyfriend’s ear and says that the boy who hates me for absolutely no reason said I was disgusting and ever since then it was bothering me

Like am I disgusting?

Did I do something to bother him ?

Is it because he thinks I’m ugly ?

I don’t know it’s been bothering me all day …
