Heart Brocken

So I haven’t had my period in 3 month.. I had pregnancy symptoms but no hcg. I went to my o.b she did a pelvic exam then sent me for a ultrasound in the next 3 weeks. So I got the ultrasound done and they found a 3cm cyst and pulups and scar tissue.. but they couldn’t see a baby so in two days I will know for sure what there going to do about it 😢😢
