Preterm labor?

Hey ladies. I’m currently 33w4d. Around 5am this morning I started getting really dizzy. The room was spinning and didn’t stop spinning until about 7am. It’s now 1:15 and I’m still extremely dizzy, nauseous and my left hand keeps randomly going numb. I’ve been getting hot flashes and weird sharp pains in my lower stomach. Two days ago I had extremely painful cramping that was constant lasted for about 30 minutes. I noticed today my baby hasn’t been as active as normal. Ive also been having 3-4 soft BM a day since I’ve had the painful cramping two days ago.

I’m wondering if these are symptoms of preterm labor? I’m going in to the doctor but was wanting some feedback from others who have had similar experiences. This is my first pregnancy.

UPDATE******

Okay so I just got home from the hospital. I had a fever of 99.9. They gave me a fluid with a IV. Took some blood and ran tests. They said my blood pallet was low but that is normal with pregnancy. They check my cervix and it’s still closed. They took a swab inside my vagina and it came back positive for bacteria vaginitis. They sent me home with a prescription for a antibiotic and said everything else was fine. Baby is okay! 😊
