Got caught in a lie, help me apologize please

Let me start by saying I feel awful. So this morning I mentioned to my spanish teacher before class that for one of my responses I said that the theme should be "dual consciousness" because I didn't know how to say "the affects of a misogynistic society" in spanish and we had a laugh. But last night someone asked me for a pic of my homework to check answers so I sent it then when I got to class literally over half the class had the same answers as mine. And as we went over it in class, senor called on someone and they read MY ANSWER and senor just looks at me with the whole look of disappointment and hes my favorite teacher and I bother him every

morning before school and please help me apologize cuz I cant even look him I'm so ashamed I'm a cheater and deserve a zero.
