Who is still bleeding?

How long did you or have you been bleeding after the baby is born. I'm still bleeding and I'm 4 weeks 2 days PP. I'm down to a regular pad now and I did have a small wound from giving birth. Who else is still bleeding and was it a vaginal delivery or a c-section?

I just stopped yesterday, my baby is almost 4 weeks old. I had a vaginal birth without a tear. This is my 3rd baby and bled for about the same amount of time with my other breastfeed baby. I was still bleeding at my 6 weeks checkup with my formula fed baby.

4 weeks pp. I voted yes, but it’s off and on spotting here and there.

With my first it was like a light period and over by 1 week pp. this time it was like that for almost 2 weeks and then on and off by a day or two and now I’m 4 weeks pp and it can go like 3 days and then I’ll have a random spout of the brownish discharge last day period stuff and then it goes away. So crazy. Both were vaginal deliveries with second degree tear and stitches.

I had a vaginal and only bled for.. about two weeks. Then it dropped dramatically and now I only have discharge. But I breastfed for two weeks, and that helps with the healing and the uterus shedding the blood and going back to size. Every time I fed, I would feel a gush. So I know why I stopped bleeding earlier.

I'm almost 4 weeks pp and just have a little blood/discharge still coming from my wounds I think. 3 deg tear up in here, definitely not healed yet. I've been wearing disposable breast pads in my underwear lol. They're the perfect length for my bleed zone.

I just had my first with a vaginal delivery, I only had a small cut with one stitch. I bled  till 4 weeks pp.

With my first I bled heavy for five weeks but I had 2nd and 3rd degree tears and 60 stitches. This time only two weeks but consistent spotting until just under five weeks so I think that tears and stuff play a role in that
