Low AMH and IUI

Hi there! Looking for advice and or experiences. I just finished my second round of Letrozol and sadly cycle day 1 is here with no BFP. I still have 2 months left on my prescription so plan to finish that. However, hubby and I are thinking of doing IUI if we don’t have success within the next 2 cycles.

Can anyone tell me if they had success with IUI and low AMH?

I am only 27 but my AMH is .53 been ttc for 3 years with one loss at 6weeks in October. Currently taking- prenatal, uniquinol coq10, vitamin D and b12 injections every 2 months since I am low. Hubbys last count was a year ago and it was great beside morphology was a bit out of the “normal” range.
