31 weeks and I keep waking up on my back!?
Pre-pregnancy I would NEVER sleep on my back, and although I start the night on my side (I know this is safer) I have recently been waking up laying on my back. And I’m not waking up because I’m uncomfortable, it’s because of my alarm, just to clarify. I’m struggling to get comfy on my sides which is why I think I keep changing positions to my back. I’ve tried using pillows but that doesn’t seem to keep me there?
What do I do? I know it’s dangerous but obviously I’m asleep so don’t know I’m doing it! Please help!
