Vitex

I’ve been looking into taking vitex for regulation. I kept saying if my period dong start next week then I’m going to give it a try. Well after multiple negative test, a 94 day cycle, and still no period I finally bought me a bottle and just took 2. With that being said does anyone have any experience with taking vitex if you had irregular cycles.
