Basically a political post sorry

Kaylee

I'm sorry but I have to rant. Before I go off, I am 18, this is coming from an Independent, I was 15 when I became an "incestuous rape victim", I'm not that deep into my religion, I have lived in the state of Alabama for 3 years in the past and my case happened in the state. The Governor of Alabama has signed a bill to put a new abortion law in that abortion is illegal, okay but you cant get an abortion even if you're a victim of incest, rape, or both like me. You can only get an abortion in the state of you are deathly ill. The law was signed by a female governor but the law was passed by a board of mostly men. This coming from a state that it's legal to marry anyone in your family. It just pains me to believe this is what we have come to. I can understand religion but there are other factors that come into play. If you use condoms perfectly every single time you have sex, they're 98% effective at preventing pregnancy. But people aren't perfect, so in real life condoms are about 85% effective — that means about 15 out of 100 people who use condoms as their only birth control method will get pregnant each year. It just confuses me in all honesty. I'm sorry if this goes against your views, this is just my standpoint, if you have a different opinion please politely share where you stand.
