2-3 weeks pregnant cramping and slight bleeding

So I am 2-3 weeks pregnant, went to the nurse practitioner at a clinic and she said that the line was faint but I am indeed pregnant... I’ve had severe nausea and headaches and a little dizzy at times. I’m noticing some light bleeding and mild cramping.... I’ve contributed the cramping to morning sickness but I’m terrified something is wrong....

we have already hade 1 miscarriage in 2016 and it started out with light bleeding so I think I’m pariniod.... how much spotting is too much and how much cramping is too much? Any advice would be much appreciated!

Thanks

I’ve talked to my husband and we’re gonna watch a movie to take my mind off things and I’m gonna call the doctors tomorrow and try to get in! Thank you so much I really appreciate you

Just stay calm. I’m here if you need to talk. Do whatever makes you relax or distracts your mind.

Hey, I’m not trying to be unsupportive just curious, do you mean it’s 2-3 weeks since conception? Because 2-3 weeks pregnant would mean you just ovulated/ovulated about a week ago.

Remember always trust your gut in cases like this and try to stay as calm and positive. Go to the doctors and make sure things are fine, when you start to get paranoid do something relaxing; do yoga, bake, take a nap, watch a funny movie, etc.
