Morning Sickness Remedies?

So I’m starting to have morning sickness and I was wondering what you guys would recommend to help with that. It’s only been in the morning so far, and it’s making it hard to eat breakfast. What do you guys think?

Ginger ale or ginger candies, sour candies/ preggie pops, more water, light frequent meals, and I swear on the bible if I start my day first thing with a cold high protein boost drink my Nausea and vomiting is cut in half for the rest of the day! I'm  12wks5days, I literally think it's saved me, cause I'm allergic to anti nausea pills. I was even in the hospital a few times getting fluids until I tried the boost drinks. 😍
