Has anyone had this happen positive to faint line

So got a question so sunday i had a positive tested a few times after an only had faint lines. So i figured i was having a chemical and would cramp an bleed soon. But i still havent had any signs of one happening. I havent tested in 3 days so not sure if there is even a line there anymore. So thing is i have been running hot i can just tell my body temp is up havent gotten to temp in two days due to moving has anyone had any of this happen? Could i still be pregnant? Should i test? Or has anyone had the running hot before they started bleeding?.... i cant go to doctors yet as we leave tomorrow to move half wat across the country. Thank you for any help. Ill post my positive an my faint lines as well. Some are hard to see in the pictures but all faint lines definitely there can see clearly in person with color. Thank you again
