All in curiosity

To start i don’t mean any harm or offense when I ask these questions or say statements cause I’m genuinely curious.

I use to be against the idea of people going through transitioning. Honestly felt offended especially by guys that wanted to be women. I was like what’s so great about being a woman. Yeah we have boobs, booty, make up, cute clothes, etc. so I was confused as to why they would do it. I was angry that they wouldn’t even have periods. So in my mind they weren’t a real woman. This was when I was in high school

Now after it did take some growing up to do to better understand them as a person.

I did research on different trans people and they’re pretty interesting(I didn’t what other word to use). I’ve seen crime investigations about them and that’s where it clicked for me. That’s where I saw them as a person. I know it’s weird to have it click there but it did.

I have so many questions

I’ve heard about mostly men who decide later on in life to become trans. I could imagine if they were married with kids ,how hard it must’ve been for them to accept their father becoming a woman. How come they wait so long instead of doing it before adding the marriage and kids?

If a guy or girl dates someone trans does that change their sexuality from straight to gay or bisexual?

Do you think it’s important for a trans person to tell the person they’re dating that they’re trans. I’ve seen a case where a man was transitioning to a woman. Unfortunately the guy was murdered by the guy he was hanging out with.

Do you think parents should wait before allowing their kid or kids to transition if they’re under 18. (If I had a kid that wanted to transition, honestly I’d tell them to wait until they are 18 and save the money for it. It’ll be their choice and decision to spend their money on whatever.)
