Where to buy summer dresses?

I am short 5’1 and I have yet to find dresses that flatter me. 
I feel like they just hang and look unflattering! 
Any ideas on where to shop?? And what length etc. I’m a ftm and dressing my pregnancy body is harder then I thought

Motherhood maternity!! They have this one dress that's body con but has lots of those little side scrunches. Looks soooo flattering on!! And omg there's shoulder room and not too tight!! Motherhood maternity price matches their website also so you can find a good coupon and then apply it and go in try it on to make sure you like it and get the best price!!!

I go to goodwill, if I don’t find stuff in the maternity section I usually find comfy stretchy dresses :)
