Potty training help!!!

Ok mommas my now 3 yr old is still not quite getting the potty thing!! She will go when asked ( sometimes with a bit of a fit) and sometimes tells me when she has to go but other times doesn’t seem to care. Yesterday I set a timer for every 30 mins and while she went with the timer she still peed in her underwear multiple times in between.... I’m not sure what else to do!! She does pretty well at daycare and they go about every 1-2 hours and has had multiple days with maybe 1-2 accidents but dry most of the day! We have #2 arriving in Aug and I’d love to have her pretty trained by then!
