Please help me with this!

Help me here someone! So I Started my “period” April 22nd ( took pregnancy 1 day before and test dark positive April 21) ... stopped bleeding around 28th (heavy) . 3 days or so later I bled again. (Took pregnancy text was negative after bleeding stopped ) Haven’t bled in 10 days until now.

Why am I spotting 10 days after my mc?

Anyone else have this happen to them? Could it be implantation? Ovulation? Period starting? Any information about this would be great. Thanks in advance. 🤔
