Stupidly vivid dreams

Had a dream where I got a BFP and even got to tell my family ): Its day 3 of AF so not even worth reading into, but just how common is it to have these crazy real dreams when not pregnant?

Had a similar one a few weeks back about my teeth all falling out too o.O
