At 5 and a half weeks I started to bleed and thought for sure I was losing my baby but baby was there and everything looked great.  There was even some red blood which freaked me out.  I found out i had what was called a subchorionic hemorrhage which causes bleeding in 20 percent of pregnancies.  It is dissolving but causes spotting here and there still . I'm currently 8 and a half weeks along and baby is active with a strong hearbeat of 163

It’s normal to spot but clots and dark red pouring blood is not normal BUT I had red bleeding and small clots but I had a hemorrhage

Legit two nights ago I had that problem.  I'm currently 6 weeks 5 days and I had bright red blood. Rushed to hospital but baby was safe and sound and had a wittle heartbeat.  Have been spotting pink all day today. So it's never a good thing when you're pregnant to wipe and see red but it's completely normal (still freaking) but it's normal lol
