Ovarian cyst or ectopic? Advice please

So, I was at the ER yesterday. Had blood, urine, and an ultrasound.

My hcg is 192 I’m about 3-4 weeks pregnant.

Anyway. I was at the ER because for the last 3 days I’ve been experiencing Dull, achy, pain specifically on my right side between my leg and pubic area. It’s not so much painful as it is very uncomfortable and annoying. During my ultrasound the dr couldn’t see anything. No sac or anything because I’m so early. However, they did see a 1.18 inch cyst on my right ovary (coincidentally the same side that is hurting) I asked them if the think it’s ectopic or just the cyst. They said it could be the cyst but it’s hard telling until my blood continues to rise and until they can find out where the baby is. My next blood draw is on Monday.

My question to you all is, did anyone ever go through this? I’ve never had an ovarian cyst that caused pain. If you have when does it go away? What does it feel like? If the baby is too small to see wouldn’t it be too small to cause any pain?
