Help - Bite?!...Hi moms, this is my daughters foot. It showed us a few days ago but it looked like a bruise from our new puppy trying to play... now it is swollen and hot...she also could have stepped on something in the grass. Any treatment ideas?

I would definitely take her in as a previous poster stated those are signs of infection also with what it seems to look like and it might just be me is that something could possible be under the skin? Could she have stepped on a bee or a bug that has a spine or stinger to it? But yes take her in to make sure it can be looked at. for now try an ice pack that may help with any inflammation and heat around the area
