36 weeks and lost mucus plug

I’m a third time mom and curious to know if anyone has had similar experiences. So I went to the doctor Friday(2 days ago) I was dilated to 1 cm. I have been leaking clear fluid for 3 days. Today I woke up and used the bathroom. I lost my mucus plug. I’m not having bad pains but have been having Braxton hick contractions for a month now. Any advice for me? I don’t want to freak out and go to the doctor for nothing , but I also want to make sure I’m fine. I have no bleeding but am having some sharp pains developing , but not consistent timing yet. I’ll post a pic. Hope it’s not tmi.
