Did I miscarry?

Start brown blood when I wipe Tuesday afternoon, then red later that night, then Wednesday morning woke up with what's in the picture, had my first prenatal visit Thursday so I went, my ob said it's not active blood from my uterus and cervix is closed so got my blood drawn after appointment, she called me Friday with my blood results but I missed her call but she said she wanted me to get them redone yesterday but nobody answered the phone , also with ultrasound nothing was in my womb so I could of miscarried or implanted later then what I thing, and vag ultrasound showed it wasn't an ectopic pregnancy, I'm extremely fertile with lots of eggs. I'm just curious. Help.
