Not real family

So my bf continues to allow his sisters to disrespect our child and me. Because of a personal situation between his sister and I she doesn't associat with my 7 month old daughter. So her little sister also follows her so two of them are saying my daughter is only 25 percent related to them so she isn't real family that they aren't gonna be around her. Bs
