What to do for nausea?

Question

I have tried eating and drinking water. No matter what I do the nausea doesn’t get any better. 
So what are some things to make it better? 
I have been thinking about going to the emergency room just to see what they will do. 
This has been going on for a week. I can’t clean my house or take my dog for a walk. I can barely cook.

You should only go to the ER if you suspect you’re dehydrated from vomiting. 
I’ve had hyperemesis twice now and there are plenty of medications you can take. Call your OB and see what they say is safe for you. Eating frequently and staying hydrated are difficult, but key to feeling better. 
For typical nausea or vomiting B6/unisom will help a lot. After that it’s into prescriptions.

I got mint gum crackers and mint ice cream. The mint seems to be helping. 
My step mom said I should go to the emergency room because I haven’t felt good and haven’t been able to eat or drink with out feeling like I was going to puke. 
I also found out long walks seem to help me. So everyday I’m going for a walk.

Anything Ginger, biscuits, tea, ginger beer, hard boiled sweets, dry toast or crackers.

Try chewing mint gum or sucking on hard candies and see if that helps at all. Also call your doctor tomorrow and they can prescribe you something. Please don't go to the ER as this is in no way an emergency

Munch on crackers during the day. Very small meals. 
There are mints and such meant to help with that. If it is too severe, talk to your daughter. There are meds that can be prescribed.
