I really need some help driving myself mad

On all my other pregnancies I have been really sick like can’t move sick and now I am 7 weeks and nothing I don’t feel pregnant at all I had a scan a couple days ago they saw a heartbeat but I’m getting cramps in my back and stomach and I have a feeling in my gut something is wrong this does not feel anything like my other pregnancies anyone have any advice or been through same thing?
