How do you leave someone of 4 years... you live together you have a child together and his car is in your name. You share a bank account no money saved... please don’t judge me but I can’t stand the way he speaks to me anymore. It’s mental abuse. How to end this without any problems ?? I’m scared he’ll do something to me..

have your name taken off the car. explain to them the situation and have everything sent to your email no physical mail or give them your parents address. look for womens shelters or stay at a friends house to start. if katie holmes can do it so can you!

Go to the bank and either remove him or you from the account. Sign the car over to him, if that's what you want and grab everything you can and take the baby and leave while he is at work. I was with my ex for the same amount of time when I left, I moved back in with my parents, scored a fantastic job less than a month later and was able to get my own place a few months after that. It was so scary and I cried so much in the beginning but oh man, once you get out of that yucky relationship and realize you and your baby's worth, it will all pay off in the end.
