Breastfeeding advice ?

I really wanna try breastfeeding longer with my newborn this time , what are some things I can do to get milk flowing and stay flowing to where I can pump enough bottles ? I feel like I’m not producing enough again 😩

Stay hydrated, eat well, keep taking prenatals, sleep as well as you can, nurse on demand, pump often, skin to skin. If baby has enough wet/dirty diapers and gaining weight at appts then they are getting enough. Remember what you pump is not your supply- babies are more efficient at the breast. I’ve also read looking at pictures of your baby while pumping can help produce a little more 💕

Don’t worry about pumping or bottles for at least six weeks unless advised to by a doctor.
Supply is made by baby feeding, feeding and feeding some more so feed on demand, put up with cluster feeding at night time and you’ll be just fine
