What this can be?

Hello mommies!
I have my almost 3m baby and he has something like that in the eye/nose area since a month. Do you know what is it? It is not a normal bruise after hitting himself so that's why I am so lost ... I asked my pediatrician and he said nothing about it... Plz help

Could it just be a dark vein?  Our first born has a vein below her eye that looks very dark and people think she has a black she often 🤷🏽‍♀️

My daughter has the same thing. Looks like a vein to me. She has had it since day 1
