It's my loves 26th birthday. I got him balloons and a cake and took him out to dinner with his best friend.

I was in a great mood until I found out that the reason he told me he hasn't had a good birthday in 7+ years is because his ex girlfriend/ baby mama would get him a little gift but wouldnt flinch to do even the smallest thing to put a birthday smile on his face. Even his mom couldn't believe I walked through the door with balloons and a birthday cake for him.

I know this is silly but that upsets me. Everyone deserves even the little things like a balloon or cake for their birthday. Especially when things are rough and the person isnt at their happiest.

I know the 2 is backwards Haha they wouldnt stay.
