graduation in 18 days...BUT..
i need to slim down this belly fat at least a little 😭😭 and some of my thigh fat. what is the fastest way? that may work ? what should i eat. starting today i was gonna workout a hour a day maybe run a little too and also cut out all sugar and bad stuff. what can i eat for breakfast lunch and dinner that wont make me gain😭😭? any tips
