Bleeding

I’ve been on the Nuva Ring for over a year now. But every time my bf and I have sex, I bleed. Like a lot. It only happens during doggy style though. We have tried many different solutions as well as refraining from that position for a while, but it still happens every single time. Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone have any ideas of to what could be causing this ?
