Help 😢 baby eczema??

When I put her to bed, she just had a small red, dry spot on her cheek. I put baby Aquaphor on it. When she woke up for her middle of the night feeding her face looked like this. 😢 what is this??

I say don’t put anything in it right now , just wipe clean with warm water and wash cloth and keep dry. Are you breast feeding? If so look up breast feeding and see if this can be connected to it. Otherwise I say it’ll pass soon. Babies tend to get a lot of weird little rashes that go away quickly on their own

I got this aquaphor always made my little guys out breaks worse I order it on amazon but you can get it at Walmart he’s be covered before bed and by first night feed it would be totally gone

This happened to my friend while she was using scented wipes and not the right laundry detergent. I don’t know what your using obviously but after she used unscented or water based wipes and the right detergent it cleared up.

Update: The baby Aquaphor did amazing things! 🙌🏼 Within 20 minutes of putting it on her, it started to disappear. All that’s left is a small spot on her cheek.
