Help! What are your thoughts?

Ok so last Monday I took a test( equate brand) , it was a very faint line, then Thursday I took one that evening, it was negative(equate brand), took one Friday, it was negative(equate brand) . Then I tested two more times Saturday and Sunday, with First response brand, those were both negative. I haven’t had a period since he beginning of April. I have slight symptoms such as lower back pain, sore/tender boobs, and last night I got sick outta nowhere. I’m constantly using the bathroom, and seems I’m starving all the time lol. I need advice guys!
