Wicked sense of smell

So, a little back story

I'm currently seeing a doctor about my fertility which is all fine apparently, i was misdiagnosed with PCOS last year. Anyway, my fiancee and I have been together for 5 years trying for 2 with no luck.

I'm 18dpo & 2 days late. Which happens every 3-4 months. However this time my sense of smell is heightened with bbq or tomato sauce. I work in child care (babies and toddlers) I can smell a poo a mile away. (Don't know if that's a talent or because I have a heightened sense of smell. My nipples have been sore the last few days and today the sides of my breast have been sore, I've had very very light aches, i wouldn't even call them cramps.

I came down with the flu a few days ago however I'm over it now but I still have a weird sense of smell. The taste of bbq and tomato sauce though it taste like vinegar. I checked the expiry and it's all good. Even got my Fiancee to taste it. 😂 He said it taste normal.

I really don't know what I expect from this post. I know I should test however due to previous experiences I'm waiting until im a week late.

Has anyone experienced this with sauce or something similar and had a BFP?
