Need some workouts please!
I am 6 wpp and had my appointment today! I am healed and was cleared for all activity.
I’m going to start going back to the gym tomorrow. I need to lose some more weight overall - but especially can’t wait for it to drop around my mid section, hips/butt.
Please provide me with some great workouts and ways to get started! I want to set myself up for success and stick with it.
