It makes sense to me. Knowing they’re pregnant might be enough of a push to seek help. 
They shouldn’t turn away pregnant users though. No one will argue shooting heroin while pregnant is a good idea, but shooting heroin with a dirty needle while pregnant is even worse, and I favor harm reduction whenever possible.

Not sure about the pregnancy test part. 
Do I think they should still offer services to those that are pregnant? Yes. 
Because ultimately, these places are not about encouraging drug addicts, and they are not about endangering people’s lives or keeping them hooked onto the drug(s) they’re addicted to. 
These are medically supervised facilities designed to provide a hygienic and stress-free environment. And I think it’s far more ethical to make sure someone who is pregnant, is under medical supervision, where they aren’t using needles that are contaminated, and they aren’t in environments that could heighten the risk of a negative or dangerous trip. 
I wish these facilities also had the funding to offer detox and rehabilitation treatments.

It would be great if they had pregnancy testing, they could help pregnant women with addiction issues get whatever help they need or choose. And if they are pregnant and using it’s not really up to the staff to decide if it’s ok or not. Pregnant women can drink alcohol and are served in bars so it would just be gender discrimination to not allow them.

I worked at a hotel, but it was also kind of a hostel where rooms were rented out by the local council for people who were homeless.
On two separate occasions my manager found residents dead from Heroin overdoses and I was tasked with clearing out the room once the police cleared it from being a crime scene, whilst clearing out one of the rooms I picked up a pillow from the sofa and underneath were dirty and I mean filthy needles. One looked rusted and it made me feel physically sick.
Nobodies encouraging people to shoot up but providing care whether it's help to get clean or simply clean needles is definitely a step in the right direction.

Well if they deny pregnant women, it would be because they’re making the statement that they don’t approve of her doing that. Which they don’t. But that would kind of say it’s “okay” to use heroin or anything else if you aren’t pregnant. Because they’re letting them use that. If that makes sense lol. It’d be like saying “it’s okay to use heroin if you aren’t pregnant” which isn’t what they’re doing. Those sites aren’t to encourage or approve. It’s just for safety reasons. Which pregnant women and the baby would also benefit from those same safety protections.
