neg test

I had my period three weeks ago and have had normal periods since i got off the nexplanon 4 months ago i missed my period it was supposed to start two days ago but hasn’t. five days after my last period my boobs started hurting and haven’t stopped. i had white discharge about three times within the three weeks. i’ve been hungry even after i eat. i have to pee a lot and urgently. i’ve got stretch marks on my stomach which i’ve never had before. i’m gaining a lot of weight within the three weeks. i took a test and it was negative but my whole family believes i’m pregnant and so do i. i’ve been so sleepy and so moody. should i take one in a week or so or few days?
