FREAKING OUT !

I just had my first baby in December, and I just took 1 pregnancy test and it says I'm pregnant again! That's 4 kids!! (Including boyfriend's kids) I'll never have alone time with my honey again :( or to myself idk how to handle all these emotions, please help guide me? I don't think anything will be normal again :( and I'm going to constantly be stressed, how can I cope? I don't want to fail as a mother :( although! Don't get me wrong it is exciting to be having my 2nd baby but that's a lot of kids!! and I was so uncomfortable when I was pregnant all last year Dx
