Sleeping

Okay so my 5 month old recently has been refusing to sleep in his own crib and only wants to sleep with me in my bed. I normally put him to bed after feeding him and he’s completely out of it. Then about a couple hours later he wakes up notices I’m not there and cries until I get him. I’ve tried rocking him in the chair until he goes back to sleep and then put him back in the crib but as soon as I lay him down his eyes pop right open. I hate co sleeping but at the same time it’s to only way we can get any sleep. 😩 Any mommas who have gone through the same thing what did you do? What has worked for your baby?
