Early scan at 5wks?...

IV been having cramps on my right side and as I have had 2 recent miscarriages, my early pregnancy unit has asked me to come in tomorrow to make sure it's not eptopic 😪 I will be be just over 5 wks. Has anyone had a scan then? What did u see?

We saw nothing. I was having cramps around 4.5 or 5.5 weeks. They actually told me I was having an ectopic and needed to stay for surgery. I could swear at all of them!!! If you can’t see anything at all... how do you know it’s implanted in the tubes of outside of the uterus when YOU CANT SEE ANYTHINg!? I left the hospital and waited a week. I was 6 weeks and we only saw the sac. It was empty. I went back at 8 weeks and we found the sac baby and heartbeat. Imagine if I would have had the d&c that day! This is the 2nd pregnancy they’ve said it was unviable and scheduled my d&c only to find a healthy viable fetus a week later.

I went last week I thought I was 7 weeks but they measured me at 5w5d and we saw

they baby and the heart beat
