TTC after D&C- asking for experiences

My timeline:

I had a D&C on Wednesday April 24th at 11 weeks pregnant because our baby had no heart beat. (We found out later that baby had a genetic issue of some sort).

I bled for one day short of two weeks, so until Tuesday May 7th.

I had my blood drawn on Thursday May 16th and my HCG was down below pregnancy level.

I have been taking ovulation tests since the day I stopped bleeding just to try to figure out my cycle again. And I haven’t gotten any positive ovulation tests yet. (Tomorrow it is 4 weeks since my D&C)

I know that everyone is so different but sitting here just waiting for my body to figure itself out is really hard!

I am just looking to hear others experiences with when your period returned, when you ovulated again, when you got pregnant again, etc.
