Negative Pregnancy Test

So I am currently TTC and have been having symptoms like sore breasts, moody, etc. I took a home test and it was BFN.. still no period. Keep in mind I've never skipped a period, I'm usually regular. So I go to the OB they did a test BFN so they did blood work it was BFN and here it is almost a week later and still no period. This concerns me because I am TTC and am afraid if I dont have a period I cant get pregnant. I called my Dr office back and they are always rude and careless so what do you guys think I should do?
