You just count the days in the cycle. Day 1 is the first day of your period. The last day is the the day before your next period. So if your period starts on the 3rd of May, that’d be day 1. Then say your next period is on June 2nd. The cycle would be from May 3rd to June 1st and you would count the number of days.
