Transitioning to a vegan diet

I’ve been thinking about going vegan for a while. My body has been a morgue for so long and I’m getting older, I’m pretty healthy and I want to stay that way so I have to make some life changes. I gave up pork and any products containing red 40 dye so far now I’m ready to give it all up. Sugar, dairy, starch, all of that unhealthy man made toxic crap I’ve even set up dental appointments to remove silver fillings but I don’t know where to start diet wise. If I can get help on a meal plan also get some dos and donts that would be awesome. I also want to know about vitamins I take prenatals, black seed oil and turmeric anything else? It’s time to turn my body into a garden I have children and I want to be as healthy as possible for myself and them. Thanks!
