I need some advice!!

So I'm wanting to get a septum but my bf thinks that it would look stupid and says all guys dont like girls with septum piercings. Which in response I said, " So you'll think I'm ugly if I get it done?". He says that's not what he meant and he'd still love me as always but wishes that I dont get it done. Ladies I need help! Would it even look good on me? (Pic for reference!)
