Only had sex once during fertile week 🤬

Since my D&C in late January I’ve been obsessing every month with OPKs and just not making the baby making process fun. So this month I told myself I wouldn’t track with opk and just go by my ewcm and o pain. I think I totally messed up with that decision because I had a lot less CM this month overall I had some ewcm on Monday and we had sex that night and then yesterday I felt severe o pain on the left and today my cm is thick lotiony type. So I totally messed up and assume I am out this month! Ugh 😞 although I do have to say it was nice taking a month off obsessing about the OPKs.
