I’ve had a medical abortion today, where I was given a first pill to take orally, & then 4 more pills to insert into my vagina, I was told to expect bleeding at any point from then to the next 4 hours. I took these pills at 11:40am & it’s now 5:30pm so it’s been nearly 6 hours since!

I’ve experienced pains & cramping, I’m still experiencing that now, but no bleeding whatsoever!

I’ve checked whether the tablets have fallen out (as doctors said that was possible) but they haven’t, I’m getting concerned as I’m reading everywhere that it’s bad if you don’t bleed within 4 hours.

Should I be worried? I was 8 weeks pregnant.

I don’t know whether the cramps are what you experience from the first pill or the second ones so I’m not sure whether it’s just working slowly or not at all!
