Sharp pressure on cervix

All morning I’ve been getting like a sharp pressure on my cervix. I’m having trouble describing it exactly. It’s uncomfortable and I have to sit down, I’ve been needing to pee a few times every hour, it’s not very painful. The best way I can describe it and I’m sorry for the tmi is when you need to poop really bad, that pressure that you feel on the opening

Not a uti, no burning when I pee. I’m 32 weeks and think baby dropped last week.
