Meal prepping...
Anyone meal prepping for the baby?
Hubby and I (yes, he is working in the kitchen too!) will be meal prepping starting mid June. I’m taking the time now to create out list. Foods we like and fit our dietary needs - we both have an interesting mix of food intolerances. So... let’s make things spicy! (Or not because the baby probly won’t appreciate that 🤣)
Lunch/Dinner:
Meatballs
Chicken Stir Fry with peppers and onions (rice we can make on stove real fast, that’s easy!)
Chicken tetrazzini
Baked spaghetti
Taco casserole
Shepherds Pie (cottage pie since it’s beef based, not lamb)
Honey chipotle chicken - serve with frozen veggies
Teriyaki chicken - serve with frozen veggies
Breakfast:
Breakfast burritos - either bacon or sausage with egg and little cheese
English muffin sandwiches - also either bacon or sausage with egg and cheese
Snacks:
Blueberry lemon cream cheese muffins
Strawberry and cream cheese muffins
DIY Kind bars
And our regular shopping list:
Hummus
Celery and carrots
String cheese
Eggs
Yogurt
Avocados/guacamole.
