Why can’t doctors ever find what’s wrong with me 😢😪😔

Hello everyone , I’m so overly exhausted with my pain and with my patients. I’ve been suffering from severe menstrual cramps since I was 12 years old (my first period) vomiting , diahria , heavy blood, shaking , everything you can name I go through it. I hate feeling like this every month , pills don’t help , weed help very little , I’ve went to a gyn , they gave me a pap smear 2 times in two weeks , sonogram through the vagina , and the stomach , checked my vitals , saw some hormones that regulate my period are abnormal , but said they do not see anything that could be causing this horrible horrific time of the month. I’m tired of it , somethings wrong with me , this is not normal , I’m 21 years old , i can’t live like this forever, birth control hasn’t helped , and all the gyn told me was she wanted to monitor me , but didn’t figure anything else. As always. Does anyone else suffer from these problems , and have been diagnosed with something ? Or any one know of proven natural ways to help me?
